I called Presidio a few days a go because of a leaking problem I had with my porch roof and one of my back windows attached to my porch. Presidio sent out a technician by the name of Nick and another technician. They showed up within a few days of placing my call. As they investigated the possible problems, they found a section of the porch roof that was slightly separated from the rest of the roof. They repaired that. Tom with Presidio Roofing came to our rescue this morning after having some rain damage in our interior ceiling. We called early Saturday morning and he was there in a hour and got us fixed up very quickly. We have used Presidio Roofing before about nine years ago and they still have the best customer service.
I contacted Presidio because I was upset by the assessment of a different company following a hail storm. The other evaluation seemed excessive, vague, fear-stoking, and pushy. Tom came out and provided a second opinion free. He laid out not only options but the reasoning behind them. Was very satisfied with my experience with Presidio Roofing. Contacted them about a roof repair job. Tom arrived at my home as scheduled, used a drone to capture photos, thoroughly explained my options, gave me a reasonable estimate and had my roof repaired earlier than anticipated.
