They were the worst when it came to paying rent. We always paid on time, had proof of sending the payment in the mail. Even went as far as putting a tracking number on the payment and getting insurance. Out of the last year that we lived there they lost the payment at least 5 times. Despite the fact that we had proof of the payment being made, the receipts and the tracking that said it was signed for, we had to pay late fees. Which they didn't tell us about until it tripled.
