We only use the pharmacy services there. The two pharmacists and their team always go above and beyond to give great service with a smile. The military base is beautiful and peaceful with deer, squirrels, and bunnies everywhere. It's so nice to go there.
Hate. They always rush you out as fast as they can, and often treat you like you’re making stuff up. I have a theory they keep a list of “crazy customers” and if you get on that list for asking a lot of questions and being invested in your own health, they’ll just dismiss you any time you bring up an issue. Arrive an hour early to deal with all the miscommunication ahead of time. Everytime I've come in, they have no idea why I'm there despite it being a confirmed appointment. This last time, I had an in house, virtual appointment at 0830 that I waited 3 weeks for. I arrived 30 minutes early. At 0845 I checked with the front desk (for the third time) and they hadn't properly checked me in. I missed my appointment and have to reschedule for the following week (hopefully). There is no method of organization.
If you have BARBARA as your healthcare provider, I grieve for you. — I entered answers that somehow deemed me highly depressed on their survey before you enter an appointment, and instead of handling a supposed suicidal teen with the tact and care necessary, she asked me, “do you not want o be happy?” Really, really tell me what you think the obvious answer to that is.
