Front office staff completely unprofessional and rude. Spoke to Brenda and Amy and neither could provide the same information, clearly lack of training and professionalism. Recommend not moving here due to terrible management and rude service when trying to move out. I got yelled at just trying to clarify what is needed on my end when moving out, there is no reason to yell at a tenant who is trying to make sure they do what is needed when I remained with a calm demeanor throughout the call.
This place is cheap for a reason. Before I moved in I checked the reviews and a lot of them did say that there was a roach problem but didn't think it was going to be that bad but boy was I wrong I've been living there for about five months and I work two jobs so I'm barely home and in the little time that I am home I I would kill about 15 roaches a day.
