Driver of Presidio Builders white p/u truck on 101 tailed my bumper and honked because I wasn't driving 80. When he got in front he flipped me off then cut over four lanes at once, in heavy traffic, so he could exit to 380. His discourteous and dangerous driving tells me he's not to be trusted as a contractor.
