We moved out. Place was absolute trash. And management is also trash. This isn’t even a follow up to the run around we got after this meeting.. Overall experience living on this property has been very poor. As long term renters we were excited to move into Presidio based off of the upgraded appliances, community amenities and everything seemed like a quiet neighborhood. This place has gone downhill fast since we first moved in during 2023. In just two years, the situation became unacceptable: • Security Issues – Homeless individuals regularly sleep in the gym, and management doesn’t even bother to change the entry code. • Amenity Abuse – Kids from the neighborhood across the street freely use the pool and other amenities without being residents. • Unsafe Neighbors – Our upstairs neighbor openly threatened to shoot us, constantly smoked cigarettes and weed inside their apartment, and later s... read more
Decent Place with a Few Drawbacks I’ve had an overall positive experience living here. The community feels mostly safe and clean, the leasing office staff is super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient — usually responding the same day and fixing issues right away. The pool is large, and there’s a nice entertainment area you can rent for events. Best apartment we have ever lived in. The management is amazing and we really enjoyed having Megan, Jahnelle, and Zackery to help us with everything. Maintenance is always very quick and friendly.
Party all night and sleep with ladies all day!
