This used to be a great place however there are a lot of homeless you cannot leave anything in your car they will break in for even a 12-pack of sodas very ghetto very dirty it has a clean representation but been living there for over 20 years it's been so downhill. And the pool area is just trashed so many random people coming in and out you can't even enjoy your space
If you have a dog, I would be very wary of moving here. In the past year, my dog has had multiple close calls with bully breeds/pit bulls, German Shepards, huskies, and other large breeds that have either gotten off leash or whose owners allow it into the dog park despite it not being friendly or well trained—there was even one time when a dog inside the dog park dug underneath the fence and escaped. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES IN SUNNY CALIFORNIA! Upon move out of our 15 month lease, this property and its asst. “manager” Zachery Mapes have decided to essentially steal our security deposit. I’ve rented here for a year and have only had positive, kind and gracious interactions with the staff here. I wanted to particularly give a shout out to Jahnelle. She is the one that gave me the initial tour and did all of my move-in paperwork. Every step she was professional, genuine and warm. She has gone above and beyond for me for anything I’ve needed here. I’m so grateful for you Jahnelle, you’re the best! The management is so fortunate to have you as their leasing agent!!
The staff here are amazing! They’re always communicative and keep us updated on what’s happening around the community. Biggest shoutout to Ms. Jahnelle—she always goes out of her way to reach out and provide answers to all of our questions, which we really appreciate. Within the community, we love all of the amenities offered—they make living here even more enjoyable.
