We haven't moved in yet, but Dik the manager has been so sweet. I am kind of a control freak and ask alot of questions. He has been so nice to email me anytime ive had a question or concern. From what ive seen the apartments are so quiet. Ill update once we move in.

This is a pretty nice place to be. Sure, there are nicer spots in Allen with stone faced and garages and all kinds of amenities, but they come at a massive cost! For the great price, these apartments are very quiet, the neighbors are great, the staff is friendly. We have been here for 5 years now and I can honestly say it keeps getting better and better! The new management has been doing an excellent job, the pool stays open and clean, this has been a great place to be! (Review updated in 2017)
Would be really nice if the pool stayed open more than a few days a week. Our rent increases constantly and one of the only luxuries is the pool especially in hot Texas summers.
