Presidio – Well as you all know the apartments look great its such a nice looking place, but its only looks, the management and maintace take forever to get anything done, and you have to tell them at least 3 times to get it done before anything happens. It is terribly frustrating living there and i wouldn't recommend anyone living there.
Great place to live in BCS – I really like this apartment complex. I lived there all 4 years for school and I never had problems with having maintenace done. I do agree that residents do not clean up their pets poop which is annoying.
