Frustration got the best of me… some of the best service you can get, things get handled and fixed very fast, maintenance workers accompany you the best they can and make you feel like your place of peace is well taken care of !!!! Leon came and did so much in one hour that we been trying to get done in a year !!! Highly recommend y’all take care of him, I appreciate you Presidia !!
They have done a great job managing our properties on Charlotte.
Presidia has been a breath of fresh air taking over management of two properties in the Charlotte area. We have been impressed with their team and they have hit the ground running to improve operations across the board. Highly recommend reaching out to Gina and team with your property management needs.
Steer clear of this trash of an apartment complex. Majority of the building is leaking and there is mold everywhere. The property manager’s excuse was that it is the result of external factors as if that’s not what creates mold🙄. Anyways, spend your money elsewhere, they don’t do repairs and they don’t care about you or your health. These money-hungry people will still ask you for rent even if the entire building has fallen down. Also: if it appears to be fixed, it’s not, they probably slapped some paint or a piece of wood ... read more
