I have lived here now since December. I find this place very quiet. The leasing office personnel are extremely nice and if you have an issue, it's gets looked into right away. The maintenance personnel are great. After I moved in, I had to complete a punch list. There were a few things that were not on there however, after I spoke with office manager, Julio, the top maintenance person, he came the very same day and fixed a good majority of my issues.
