Garbage! Have had a dispute claim in for over 7 months & I'm still waiting for over $800 back that I'm owed. Filed complaints & nothing is ever done. Sit on hold for 1.5 hours only to be disconnected...every time!
Recently I have signed up and was impressed at first. It didn't take long for me to count down until I can leave and go elsewhere. My first broker was great but was quickly told you don't have the same one ever and have been back and forth with so much time wasted. Be prepared to do a double payment upfront then I was told I would have to do another the following payment . I do not recommend at all and the 2 other people I had recommended quickly changed their mind and went elsewhere.

Friendly but never can understand what i need to get done when it isnt difficult. Frustrating i went two different times spent over and hour in total to get told the wrong information. All i wanted to do is change account numbers for transfering money.
