We inquired about renting an apartment and were told that they were waiting for some type of remodeling to be completed before they could show the units. We never heard back. We lived here back in 2013 and the apartments were well managed, but it seems they have went down hill since then. We have multiple friends that live here and we continue to watch multiple units stay vacant months after months. I used to live there a few years back. Every staff are rude, mean and incompetent. The ac units are so old that it keeps breaking down. Had that happend to me in the summer time and they took 1 week to "fix" thier garbage unit. They wont replace it. The bottom toilet is the size of a toddler with very little water pressure, have to double flush at times just for the yellow mellow. Their garages are falling apart. Owner hires the cheapest contractors
Very nice looking townhouses.
Honestly the leasing manager is a horrible person ! I applied for an apartment, paid the fee. She never ran my credit, never got back to me ! Never refunded my money back she literally just took my money and never picked up her calls !!!!! It’s crazy how discriminating she is !!!!!!!!
