Unfortunately, after living here for almost a year I have experienced many issues with this property and its management which will prevent me from renewing my lease. I was attracted to PT for the location, view, and amenities offered. Management staff was not accommodating whatsoever upon move in. Additionally, they are incredibly difficult to get ahold of.
