I’ve lived here for nearly three years. The place was great when Eagle Rock managed it. Any problems inside the apartment, whether it be plumbing, electrical, etc, they had maintenance here very quickly. They were always available and transparent in the office of when their availability was, I was very happy then. It’s very quickly degraded since Sela Realty Investments took it over.
