I went in with one item only to be met with passive aggressive behavior as she's use to dealing with volume vs single pieces, her words. I'm use to midwest petty but why offer a charge of 50$ to see if the item is worth testing then not charge after appraisal yet last minute weigh the gems to say their glass which you can't tell that by just weight? This woman couldn't be an honest business owner and tell me I'm wasting her time with one item to appraise and it literally wasted my time but why lie at the end stating the gems... read more
