Made reservation a month prior to our DC visit. Conf email stated $70, when we check in $105 per night. No follow up email or call to inform price increased in past 30 days. This rate sheet is still in Directory in room. They haven’t updated it there, but standing firm in charging us the higher rate. Spoke with management...nothing they can do. If I have written proof of what you quoted me. We should be able to trust that.

We called and booked a room- it was a 3 night stay- my husband, my son and myself. We were told we would get a confirmation email. We didnt. My husband called to follow up and confirm. One day he spent 30 minutes on hold only to have the automated message say the phone lines were shut down for the evening. The next day he called- he spent 15 minutes on hold and was hung up on. This was my 2nd time staying at JBA and I must say, I enjoyed it. Candi, one of the reservation specialist was just outstanding as were the rest of the staff. The room was excellent. I was stationed at Andrews many years ago and I must say, everyone was really friendly. I shall return.
