New ownership...now called park run. Beautifully redone fair rent utilities still included new maintenance and cleaning crew exterminater comes once a month if needed friendly management 1 of the nicest apartment complexes I've seen in awhile but all apartments have problems but management is working to fix and resolve all problem management nice helpful and understanding big difference huge improvement from presidential halls management. More pictures will be posted I'd recommend this apartment complex to everyone.
