We used Presidential to manage a property for about 2 years now. The first year our tenants never had any issues so we were happy. They paid us on time and tenants paid rent on time. The only issue was that they only did one inspection of our property that entire year so when the second tenant moved in we had all kinds of requests to fix things- ac, dryer, garage door opener, pluming issues, pests, and door hardware. This company does not follow through with their agreements, I moved in with a broken sliding door was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks, I'm about to make 4 months, that issue has not been fixed. I filed a maintenance request, left voicemails, sent emails, no one ever answers. Very unprofessional.
My complaint is that even though the rental properties are nice and they are good at taking my rent money with no problem, they are horrible at customer service and maintenance. I have had an electrical problem for 4 months with nobody coming out to fix it even after numerous calls and emails. Now, my air conditioner is broken and after 5 calls they finally sent someone out but didn't authorize the air conditioner tech to fix it. I suppose he came out just to verify it is broken.
