Today I had Presidential replace my door of 30 years. I went to a local home store and it would take up to 5 day to have someone take measurements and then who knows how long to schedule an install. Called John, he came out next day to give me a proposal, and I immediately scheduled for the install. They showed up as promised and installed. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this company. My son teenage son backed into our garage door and I tought with it being after 5:00pm, I'd have to leave my garage door open all night, when I call Presidential Garage doors, they where out within a hour and fixed my door the same day. I HAD 2 GARAGE DOOR COMPANYS COME TO MY HOME TO REPAIR THE GARAGE DOOR AND BOTH TIMES THEY FAILED. THE FIRST TIME THE TECH SAID I HAD BAD ROLLERS AND ADJUSTED THE OPERATER SETTINGS THE NEXT DAY THE DOOR WOULD GO 3/4 OF THE WAY DOWN AND COME BACK UP AGAIN STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. SO MY WIFE HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY.
