Their sales team came into my neighborhood, knocked on my door loudly and would not take no for an answer. I had to shut the door as they were still selling when they wouldn't leave my front porch. I said three times I'm not interested. They would not stop. They don't care. Do not appreciate this type of intrusive and relentless hard sales pitch. So I will never use their services.

I had an immensely positive experience with Presidential Exteriors. They replaced two of my doors, my gutters, and the wood trim for my home. They offer good financing. The sales person wasn’t overly pushy and described everything clearly. All of the workmen who came to my home for the three different sets of service were professional and friendly. Super impressed - Presidential Exteriors did an awesome job replacing my door. In addition to excellent results, they were also a pleasure to deal with - they communicated well, they showed up on time, they were polite, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.

Here’s the good and bad. Good: Customer service was very professional and excellent to deal with scheduling estimate and even changing the schedule when I had something come up at work. Bad: For estimates, I was told morning of arrival that my spouse was required to be present. This was not clearly communicated when I first booked the appointment. Beyond that, it’s strange to require both of us to eat into our time for this appointment. The reason given was they could not guarantee the estimate if there were changes after. D... read more
