Tl;dr pushy sales tactics during quote inspections Called asking if they did window framing replacement and was told they did. When the sales rep arrived he clearly had an alternative agenda of trying to sell me new windows. I repeatedly told him we were only looking to get the outside frames replaced and he ignored me and asked over and over about the window age which we eventually determined was 10 years old. Richard was a definite help in getting my blinds on my new windows . I struggled for hours before he came for the final inspection and could not get the blinds to fit the windows. He was extremely patient in helping me understand what needed to be done and showed me how to install them on the windows. I do not know what I would have done with out his help.
I had a great experience with Presidential Exteriors replacing both our front door and our rear patio sliding door. The front door possibilities are nearly endless with Presidential partnering with lots of top-notch manufacturers. So many designs to choose from; standard and contemporary with stained glass inserts, if you're so inclined. Every appointment was on-time and their installation team was impeccable.
I am extremely pleased with the Presidential Exteriors team and the great work they did on my roof. The work itself was phenomenal, the process was extremely easy, they were at my house when they said they would be, and they had a fair price. The team itself is also great - Delyar for QA, Kaleb for sales, and Luis from sales, and Ryan who managed the crew - were all awesome.
