Emerson did an amazing job explaining the details of the job and as well as giving me additional info on my warranties and also contact info for additional resources for future projects
We had a new front door with sidelights installed and ran into a bit of a mix-up between what we wanted and what was originally ordered. Thankfully, a Presidential Exteriors rep came out, listened to our concerns, and got everything corrected to our satisfaction. Matt Taylor later came out to swap out the sidelights the way we originally wanted. He was professional, courteous, and did excellent work. Really appreciate it—thanks, Matt!
Matt Taylor was early to my home , had a personable demeanor and extremely efficient in understanding, as well as fixing, the issue at hand.
I requested someone from presidential exterior come out to give me a quote on siding, due to my neighbor having a great experience with them and suggesting I call. Adam showed up, he was very knowledge on siding, had a positive attitude, and was willing to help in any way he could. He even had great ideas and advice that made the meeting even better.
Had front door replaced and shutters. All the folks from the salesperson to the installers were awesome. Products are exceptional. Only problem was that, since the door and shutters were from different manufactures, the colors don't match exactly.
