I do not live here, but my family and I are looking to move in the next month and a half. I am wondering is there a credit check before a move in? And if so what is the credit rating you are looking for? We need a bigger place and still within Guilderland school district.
We love where we stay
My fiance and I moved in this past June and everything has been perfect. The townhouse is very clean and is in great shape with no maintenance problems. The landscaping is very well kept and the community looks like it's own little town, neat, well kept and clean! Love the fact that all the backyards are privacy fenced!
