Great building to live in and amazing neighbors!
Management office has cameras in peoples apartments harassed you constantly and call 911. Management sucks.
Excellent location, amazing people live here and the vast majority are kind and helpful. But I have lived here for 4 years and every board has been worse than the last. Currently we are spending money rapidly on vanity improvements like a touch screen entry system, marble hallways, and hideous gray siding in the hallways (right outside board member's units that are freshly listed to boost their property value). All while we are so under-insured you can't even get a bank loan to buy units here. My unit has leaked for 3 years ... read more
