Bought a Groupon deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. The guy never showed up when scheduled. I called and they acted surprised he wasn’t at my house. They said they would check with him and get back to me. I tried to call them back later that day but got no answer. I never heard from them again.
Jim is the BEST! We have him twice a year for our couches and carpets. And no one is more professional or does it better.

Jim is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Returned call immediately. Showed on time. And mostly cleaned my carpets and stairs so we'll that I couldn't believe it. Other cleaners wanted me to accept that they were just never going to look very good. Not true! They looked great when Jim was done!
