I had written a review of Presidential 3 years ago and am updating it now. The interest rates on checking are outstanding and while the phone-based customer service is not terrific, it is adequate. Very helpful in-bank support at tysons branch. Great local bank!
I have bank with Presidential for 10+ years both personal and business accounts. Always great service.
Terrible service, I was there to borrow a pen and a lady told me do not touch the one on the counter, instead she gave me another one and told me to keep it and do not return to her. The other employee questioned her why this is necessary bc obviously everyone uses the pen on the counter to fill out stuff and I’m the only one who need to get a new pen.
