My parents have live next to these buildings for 36 years. Yes, if you look at the comments 6-7 years ago it was a rundown section 8. Not very nice place to live. I now live in my parents previous home, very close to complex and I can honestly say that the improvements that I've seen are well worth looking into living there. I also Uber drive and I've picked up customers there and they say it's a very decent place and they love the improvements that's happening

Just visited Presidential Apartments. The complex has been remodeled and repainted inside and out. Diane in the office is wonderful to work with, very professional & courteous. The new maintenance team is on the ball. The place has really come around in the past few years of New Management. All tenants & staff have background checks.They have armed security at night along with assigned parking to keep unwanted visitors out. A great place to live and one of the least expensive rents in town!!
