I spent a week here at the President Hotel and it was great. It is very clean and always being cleaned daily. Kevon the Bellman is absolutely excellent and so nice. He watched out for me and was very friendly. The bartenders were great they have a wonderful happy hour!!!! You pay for one drink and get your second at 1/2 price! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I was a guest between November 6-8, 2024, at check-in I paid a deposit that was supposed to be refunded at check-out, but even though more than 4 months have passed, I have not received my money back (I should mention that I left the room spotless). I tried to contact a hotel manager but without success.
Great location as it is very close to beach and restaurants. But the room needs improvement on sound proof as I could hear my neighbors talk at night. The staffs are polite and I am grateful to the night shift staff who handled my noise compliant promptly.
Perfect location close to everything in south beach. Walkable to esponalo way and the beach. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet and provide beach towels as well.
