I really don't have an experience yet, I called to reserve a storage unit, the staff was very polite, knowledgeable and ensure I was aware of all the services offer so I could get the best space possible
Very easy to understand your access from start to finish. Not having to go inside an office was the best thing ever. Will always be my storage place to go to.
Great place to store. Customer service is always reliable and available when I need. Called in today and Ms. Tiffany Smith was excellent at executing my questions and handling my call with care. This is my go-to for my storage needs. I have used them for years. I enjoy the company and their representatives are knowledgeable and helpful.
Process for renting a storage unit was easy. Pick out a storage unit online, download the app, and you can access your unit. The only difficulty was finding our unit on the lot as we were unaware there was a second building we had to look at.
