I viewed the place and it was very nice, so i applied. My understanding was you need a 650 minimum credit score, i was above that and still got denied due to credit history. You cant win for losing these days.
In December 2019, we moved into a three-bedroom apartment for $1,550 a month. We loved living there and had a great experience with the original owners. Unfortunately, the property was sold, and when our two-year lease ended, the new owners started raising the rent by hundreds of dollars every year. By December 2024, we’d had enough. Overall it’s a nice community with attentive maintenance and staff. My main disappointment was the condition of the unit at move in. It had clearly not been deep cleaned. The kitchen had grease and grime on the stove, fridge, and cabinets, and the bathroom cabinet near the toilet paper roll holder had feces smeared on it. We have been living here in our spacious apartment with an attached garage and balcony for 6 + years in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that sits in a wooded area that remind us so much like home and we love it here. The property management along with their staff and maintenance are awesome people especially Brent, Andrea and Wayne. They do an outstanding job in taking care of our issues and needs that are done quickly and effectively. Thank you to Wayne, Andrea and Brent.
This is a second review. I have to say for.the 6 years i have been here its been wonderful. In a world of renral increases the staff has made our home a true home. Always keeping up with everyones needs and along witn maintenance of the property. There are great anemities, pool, dog park walkiinh path and much more.
