We have rented since December, so have not spent Spring, Summer or Fall here, yet, but so far we are very happy. We have a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath upstairs apartment, and even though the renovations had some minor flaws and did not include everything they should have included, it's still a very nice apartment. The rooms are good size and there is a surprising amount of closet space. Lots of windows and light. We have a great balcony with a view of the sunset. Love it they take really good care of us. Manager always informs us of anything that's happening that requires our attention. Well maintained good security feel safe living here
