Honestly find another apartments. We had to transfer out of our unit six months into a year lease because of how bad our next door neighbour was. They had a large german shepherd and did not believe that the dog needed to be properly leashed and when outside. This being said as the owners, maintenance, and property manager, all say learned to open the doors but still didn’t take action to make sure he couldn’t get out.
