They don’t value your time and money. They will lose your original approval documents from the town and say sorry. Your home will be delayed by any uncertain duration. Be prepared for your home to be built in 12 months. Our house is made a mess by these guys in the preserve @ white oak and we are at the mercy of the builder now. We ended our lease and are now living in another apartment month to month. When you ask them they say it will be finally built one day, keep waiting
Don't trust Taylor Morrison. Learn from my mistake. My builder was Drew Austin. My close date was set obviously too soon to have the house completed by that date. We repeatedly asked to have the closing date pushed back but Taylor Morrison refused. At the meeting with the builder and his manager we got all kinds of excuses and assurances.
