I love my two bedroom townhouse!!! I love all the amenities this community has to offer, especially the patio at the pool. The property manager is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could go on and on about how awesome Nova is, but I’m to busy enjoying my private patio and relaxing in front of their beautiful catch and release pond. Hope to catch ya at the next resident event!!!

Please read before you apply! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The list of issues is so long i honestly have no idea where to start. I've been a resident here with two others for the past 10 months and it has been nothing but problems. Not only have there been issues, but cosmetically it's not that fantastic either. Poor unprofessional management. Loud noise at the pool area where you can't enjoy it anymore thanks to people turning there music up real loud for the whole neighborhood. The police has been out here at least 7-8 times this week. Just so much disappointment since the management changed over. Work orders never get completed on time and there is never any communication in regards of emails/phone calls back.

Corporate needs to look up all residents that stay In the units. And send emails, regular mail or phone calls. Do surveys like the old properties use to do. That'll save you time and find out what's really going on. Family or not doesn't mean they can show up and takeover the pool with there loud noise and music. We don't care about no BBQ she just threw together for her own delight. Fix our maintenance issues, answer emails/phone calls, and show all your residents fairness.
