I've lived here for a year. There's no security; our car was stolen. There are no cameras. The attention and security are very poor. And it's an unnecessarily expensive place. Everyone off the street enters and exits the complex. There are constant thefts. It's definitely not suitable for families. Our car was stolen the day before, and because there are no cameras and no security, we haven't been able to find the thief. There's a gang of thieves in this complex. 30 cars have been stolen so far, and no one can do anything.

We just moved in a few months ago and are very pleased with this complex! The fitness center is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They throw so many fun events from pizza pool parties to bingo nights and waffle bars.

Refused to fix AC during a countywide heat advisory, wouldn’t even provide a portable unit when our apartment was over 80° at night. Roof has been leaking for over a year and not been addressed in multiple annual inspections. Claims to be non-smoking community but property management turn a blind eye to own employees smoking on site in work vehicles. Avoid unless it’s the only place you can find.

After reading all reviews, majority are horrible. Starting to think the few good ones are fake. WONT be applying here once I saw "dangerous" No thanks!
