Beautiful landscaping. pool& hot tub super nice. Gym car wash.. pretty nice place to live. Now minus the fact I'm on 3rd top floor & i get security constantly complaining saying I'm making noise. What do u expect from old building i can hear my own self walk. Now as owner i feel like its alot of $ to have to feel like u gotta tip toe around. Here’s the truth about this place. You have no rights here. When management comes into your place with no notice, doesn’t even call you on the phone to let you know they were going to enter your condo, it’s a problem. I received a hand written note on my counter that let me know someone had entered earlier that day. That’s only one small problem. With a heart condition and the need to enter my condo while they were pressure washing I was delayed because the one guy didn’t want to stop. He just kept yelling to wait, and I wai... read more

The Preserves is everything you'd expect for a safe comfortable and clean place to call home. It's under new management since the last reviews people put on here years ago and what a great team they are! Aaron, Steven, and Bobbi are a wonderful asset to this community and they have patients and attention to detail is appreciated. They truly work so hard to keep this place running right. Great jobs guy's keep up the phenomenal work 👏
