Do NOT live here! Our experience wasn't all that bad until we moved out. We moved out at the end of September and were prorated for September. We paid for September at the end of August. At the end of September, we received an email saying that we owed more money for September and the 1st of October. A week later, we got an email stating that we owed even more money for damage fees. I called the property and spoke with Angelia about the community and pricing. She was so friendly and helpful, and she encouraged me to stop by for a visit. When I did, I had the pleasure of meeting Amiya and Lexi — they were so nice and welcoming! They went over everything Angelia had explained and made sure I understood the entire process. Before the new manager took over we had a reasonably decent experience but in the past 3 months we’ve had no response to tickets, they drive around the complex after hours stalking neighbors to make sure no one is having any fun. They’ve closed the small pool because the don’t like the activity but won’t say what they don’t like. We can’t wait for our lease to expire - or the management to be fired. If they leave before our lease expires we might renew since we’ve been here years but I would rather be set on fire than live h... read more
Visited the property and it is very beautiful. The staff is nice as well. The preserve is very nice and compliments the apartment complex well. Amenities are nice too.
I recently called the leasing office for information, and I spoke with Michelle Parker, who was extremely pleasant and professional. She answered all of my questions with patience and provided clear, helpful details about the community. It was a refreshing experience to speak with someone so kind and welcoming—it definitely left me with a positive impression of the apartment community.
