Visited the property and it is very beautiful. The staff is nice as well. The preserve is very nice and compliments the apartment complex well. Amenities are nice too.
I recently called the leasing office for information, and I spoke with Michelle Parker, who was extremely pleasant and professional. She answered all of my questions with patience and provided clear, helpful details about the community. It was a refreshing experience to speak with someone so kind and welcoming—it definitely left me with a positive impression of the apartment community.
My wife moved in July 11. We love it here. The office staff is very friendly and very helpful during the move in process.
My experience was great it was a long process to take care of the things that needed to be taking care of. Because of me living in another state at the time. But the management team and I have manage to get it done in a timely manner they went over all the detailing that I needed to know about the conplex and what building I will be occupying I would say that the ladys at the preserve did a great job with helping me
