I have proof of all the claims I make in here. Black mold in the HVAC units and ducts. Would not change. Two years in that situation, the health of my family, myself and my pets are still issues, even though I moved out close to two months ago. The apartments are filled with roaches and ants, which are not taken care of well. You pay for pest control, but they will only come out if you request this. It took me six months to control the roaches, on my own, and the ants....well, let's just say the small holes in the corners... read more
If I could review negative stars I would! don’t be fooled by the false advertising ! The office will gladly show you apartments and lead you to believe that you will most certainly be approved no matter what however that’s only if it’s in their timeframe. They are pushy and rude people at the office and over priced apartments! Be warned if you pay an application fee they will not refund it! I do not recommend applying for these places they will make you jump through many hoops and prolong the process just to deny you and t... read more

Worst place I have ever lived. I gave it a 1 star for the simple fact it wouldn't allow me to choose 0 stars. I do not recommend moving here ever! Constantly had maintenance issues that took forever to get fixed. Dishwasher was broken for over a year and they never fixed or replaced it. Kevin the head of maintenance has no clue what he is doing or how to even do his job. He's extremely rude, never follows through on service requests. The Preserve at Mobbly Bay apartment although upgraded was made very cheap to look good. Mine doesn't have a basics like microwaves, ceilingfanin the living room, and the bath tub is plastic. It's an old building complex compare to the others in the neighborhood. AC system is very odd. The car wash never worked since we moved here, but as an explanation there is a note that it was vandalized and they are offering prize for any info about it.
