This apartment complex is only about the money, I lived there over 4 1/2 years and when I moved in it was gated, had great landscaping, everything clean because they had someone picking up trash, nice leasing staff and great maintenance team. Then there was a change of ownership and that is when things got bad, rent went up in these 4 years by $450 hidden with "Amenity" fees that I had free in my lower rent, on top of that visitors have to pay for parking in assigned parking spots and if you don't have your parking permit s... read more
I've been living here for about four months and I love it. The community is very quiet, the exteriors are always well preserved. Only once I had need a repair, after the door lock broke and they got it fixed right away. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff as well. I really moved here because it is close to everything and because it is really beautiful, but I have discovered a warm and welcoming place to live. I recommend it 100%
