Poorly designed community with no regard to privacy and functional use. Almost entirely 2 story homes, crowded w/ lack of privacy. In today's world of evil stuff that are done to children, privacy = safety. It should be illegal to build in such an unsafe manner. You don't want kids exposed to predators.
