We moved here a couple of weeks ago and we are super impressed. The property is well maintained and we enjoy the amenities. Lisa, Taylor and Brittney were extremely helpful helping us with our lease and answering all of our questions. The maintenance team is awesome. I highly recommend The Preserve for anyone looking for a new place to call home.
C’mon down to The Preserve at Columbus Park where you can make all the noise you want (especially after quiet hours), cause a ruckus at the pool after quiet hours, and ram the entrance arm barrier as many times as you want, but God forbid you wear a thong to the pool because the manager is not competent and does not care about your concerns! Oh and if the manager does not like you, she will make it very clear!
