Awesome!!!! Everything is kept pristine. Staff is really nice and makes you feel at home right away. Dog park is huge with stuff for the dogs to play on...selling feature for me! Having the bike trail in front is kinda rad too
The Staff is horribly unfriendly! Except for the blonde young chick she was the only nice one their! The instalation in the house is horrible you can hear your neighbors making love in the apartment next to you! The insects are HORRIBLE the mention how great having a natural preserve next to you is.No it clearly is not I have seen spiders in my home and outside the size of baseballs! people do not keep thier animals on leashes your scared to walk to your car cause someones big dog might attack you! This Place is WAY OVER PRICED!!! I was one of the first tenants to move into these apartments. The "natural Preserve" next to it attracts many HUGE spiders and other unwanted insects into your home. Not only that the staff is rude. You would think people representing there company would be a little nicer in reguards to making me sign another lease to stay but nope. The apartment is beautiful and the staff was so very helpful. The grounds and people were great. I rented with my husband and we look forward to our new place we call home.
The people that work in these apartments are irresponsible, rude, and cannot get anything taken care of on time. They are only after your money. The "safe gated in community" has been robbed more than once and my own truck broken into and I had to call 911 because noone showed up and I found out they were tenants. They apparently let anyone live there. Moody International should be ashamed of the way they conduct their business.
