$4000 in unpaid trash fees at a local apartment complex that has trash piled all over the dumpster areas. Pathetic.
Preservation Partners is very unprofessional. It is very hard to reach someone from corporate. I still haven’t received a call from my last issue with their staff. They hire just anyone to run the leasing office. The leasing office staff is always lying about your payments. They write you receipts for your payments and then their supervisors say the receipts are void if you don’t have your money order purchaser receipts. I was on this waiting list for almost 3 years on Lynroc Senior Apartments, and finally got called this past December for an apartment. I told them I was not available to move at this time in winter, I had PT and back injection coming up. I let them know that driving over the Siskiyou mountains in winter was out for me, it was too dangerous.
