The owner of this shop went above and beyond. I had called her from Canada 1 1/2 days before Mother's Day after an online flower service (Easy Flowers) completely let me down giving me very little time to have anything organized for my Mum. I had actually called the florist at her home and she was able to put together a gorgeous floral arrangement for my Mum in Primrose Sands and have them delivered to her. I had lots of problems here but all were driven from the PETALS website who took the order NOT the store itself. Their follow up after was fine. Order flower directly, not via any online order system
