We had been going here since our son was born since it was affiliated with the hospital he was born at. I liked the doctors he saw, but they would always change and I could never get a same day appointment. Fast forward to 8 years later and they just randomly stopped taking Blue Cross Blue Shield? Even the receptionist didn't understand how that was possible but apparently it is!
Avoid at all cost. Absolutely terrible experience. Dr. Voruganti is extremely unresponsive - even to urgent messages. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a critical medication refill with zero response, despite repeatedly following up. This level of disregard for patient care is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and choose a provider who actually takes your health seriously instead of playing games with your well-being.

I left Chicago in March of 2020 prior to the COVID lockdowns. Moved to GA, and stuck with Dr Hart as long as I could before having to find a local option for my healthcare. I have been a patient of Dr Hart since 2005. I followed her when she transferred into the city from Hinsdale, and she has been amazing from the very start.
