Ayer tuve una cirugía en mi rodilla y desde q llegue me atendieron muy bien todo el personal las enfermeras los doctores el intérprete todos . Me sentí muy segura y confiada desde mi llegada hasta q salí .Trataron de hacer mi estancia muy cómoda se me hizo una d mis mejores experiencia en un hospital . They were very good with my Ladybug. She is only one years old. Took time to explain what was going on, and how they were going to treat her.
I love the fact that my doctors are working at this hospital but there were some rudeness going on during my stay. I was confined from Dec. 19th to Dec. 22nd and I didn't like some of the staff's rude behavior. My husband was trying to ask a question but the lady nurse turned him down and was told to ask someone else without even hearing what the question was. That's the first incident.
