If I could give 0 stars I would. They deny rape victims here. I was admitted February 9th and released the 17th. I signed a 5 day and was restricted visitors. I spoke to multiple people and they force medications down your throat! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I was sent here by my school 3/23/25 then I got discharged 4/1/25 and man it was something. My first night i got admitted the ER staff told me that the place was amazing and that they do shit abt disrespectful staff but that was a lie bc around my 2nd to 3rd day one of the nurses came in and destroyed my room and walked out. I tried reporting it to a staff and they simply have just told me to get over it as the nurse still rolled her eyes at me. My child recently received treatment and words cannot express how thankful i am to the staff. They provided thorough communication, and fostered an environment for my child to learn and grow. I believe they handled my child and the situation appropriately from beginning to end.
The people who work here here are very empathetic and understanding. They helped me during a scary time of my life, and I still use the coping mechanisms I learned. The medication they gave me works incredibly well for me and they made sure I understood what I was taking and assured me that they will be there to keep me safe if I experience side effects. Drugs is all they offer. No counseling. Just a psychiatrist to push drugs. So sad for those who need so much more. The staff was otherwise ok. Even they didn't seem to respect the old doctor who was in charge.
