My doctor, Dr. Rey Nepomuceno, used to be a great doctor. I've been with him for twenty years. Since joining the Presence Medical Group, the quality of my care has deteriorated, and attention to individual patients is a thing of the past. The office staff and nurses that didn't come from his original office are discourteous and rude, and seem "put out" when asked to help.
