I've always had wonderful experiences with Presence. The nurses and receptionists have always been so sweet to me. They always schedule my appointments with no attitude and they're always friendly to me. The nurses are super cool too! I've never met a bad nurse there!! Honestly best doctor I've ever gone too. MUCH better than past ones.

They have had my sons medical record for over 2 months, and whenever I call to see if they mailed it back to me they give me the run around and tell me they need to “check if they have it still”. They are rude and very unprofessional. The doctor herself was amazing, but the nurses and staff are very rude and not helpful at all.
