I waited a month for an appointment at the Ascension primary care office at 1658 n Milwaukee. I confirmed the date and time via their automated texting service. I arrived 15 min prior to the time I confirmed. I was told I was late more than 10 minutes for my appointment and would need to be rescheduled. They had me scheduled for 30 minutes prior to the time I confirmed via text. I even showed the receptionist the text.
