This place is a joke the doctors are from another country you cannot even understand them this particular quack went on to tell me to return to working light duty I'm s carpenter with that being said my restrictions were entirely no bending twisting jumping lifting anything more than 10 pounds with either arm and no climbing ladders so what the he'll am I supposed to do?
