I've been coming here for occupational/physical therapy, radiology and also had several outpatient procedures since it first opened, and have never had a bad experience. The staff and providers are all professional, friendly and helpful, and even when there's been a scheduling issue (when you make an appointment, you're actually usually speaking to an operator at St. Mary's over in Humboldt Park, NOT next door at St. Joseph Hospital) they're managed to straighten things out and still see me that same day.

Appointment for an Ultrasound at 3pm. Arrived at 230 pm. At 310pm, still not called. Spoke to management, was provided an apology and $5 credit for parking/gift shop/cafeteria and told it will be another 10 minutes. Its 340pm...not acceptable

Was treated rude from the receptionist to to registration. In registration she was talking, right in front of me, I heard mention of MRI. That's when I said, "is there a problem with my MRI?" She said, "insurance hasn't approved it in the system." I explained, "I have the insurance approval for the MRI at home, and my Dr's office called me before I got the letter." Website says you can be seen in 72 hours - called for an appointment and was told it would be 2-3 weeks.
