Jess really knows her stuff. I went to my appointment not knowing what to expect from a massage therapy session, and her work blew me away. I could tell she knows the ins and outs of how tension and knots connect all over, and afterwards she showed me helpful stretches, a link to a back stretching tool, and a sample of this amazing lotion she used. She definitely has a new regular customer.
Jessica knows exactly where the sore spots are. She like rolls them out so a little sore that night, bit so much better the next day Thank you!
