Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this pharmacist friendly? Yes

Would you recommend this pharmacy to others? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated

When I went in they all stood there and kept doing what they were doing even though I was clearly visible. The man was friendly, but the young girl was one of the most unfriendly people I have had help me. I am not going back.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I could of used more information about my father's medicare ...... I paid money I did not have to pay.

Has this pharmacy ever given you the incorrect amount of medication? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Do you usually have to wait in a long line when picking up your prescription? No, I'm helped within a few minutes

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
